Look in the compartment. Should be obvious. There will be a spray bar/aerator bar in there. Should also be an overflow outlet near the top of the tank. If not, there should be a standpipe that fits in the drain at the bottom of the tank. You push that pipe into the drain. When the water reaches the top of the tank it runs into the standpipe and out the drain. If you don't know what a standpipe is, lift the cover off the tank of a toilet. The big pipe in the center is a standpipe. You then look at the console for a switch that says LIVEWELL. It runs the livewell pump. The pump takes in water from the stern and pumps it up to the spray bar in the tank. But there are variations on this simple design. What ranger used at the time may be different or it may be the same.
