evinrude 1956 30hp big twin, model no. 25022, more info pls?

I own a 1956 evinrude 30 hp big twin model no 25022... I am new to boating and dont know too much about boat motors. I know this is a two stroke so it needs a specific mixture but have no clue what it is. Can anyone help me with that and anything else helpful is appreciated. Also i dont know if it will run yet, any clue of what a motor like this goes for? running or not?

24 to 1, on the mix, if the coils are original they will need replacing, the flywheel will need to come off to do this, so you will need a flywheel puller cost about $22.00 at napa. value depends on overall condition your location, salt water or fresh water history etc.
