1984 bayliner 25 ft cuddy. Buddy just got it and won't trim down. The motor has only one solenoid. Control is the old 3 button type. Hit down the trim motor chugs along but doesn't whine like i usually hear. 12.8 volts to all the connections. Oil is full. There are only 2 lines out the bottom of the pump. A braided steel and a clear neoprin plastic one. Totally stumped.....
