Hi, have a evinrude 70hp 83 that runs great apart from needing a blast of choke when throatling up if i dont then she will just die on me, also needs choke to start if it stands more that 5 min or so. thermostat appears fine and engine tempreture appears to be about right. no air leaks that I can find (T Piece) and carbs have been sinked, I been told that these run lean, can I adjust the mixture to richen it
