the boat seems to be a cored hull and there is no paper work that goes with it, its been sitting for years, it doesn't seem to be a old town atlantis as it has its marking lights moulded into the bow swction of the hull
Seeing what its going to take to remedy that would be the first thing I would concentrate on. Having a hard time making it legally mine would be the first deal killer.
you may be able to trace the registration numbers back to the last owner of record, and then get a bill of sale. most time a boat without proper paperwork is a planter.
