Help with needed repairs....

Hi all I am going to try and attempt posting a few pics of my boat. Im hoping someone can advise on what products to use to repair and any advice. First pic will be the transom. Whomever mounted the fish finder and depth finder obviously had a problem on where to put it and left open holes.

Remaining pics are of the keel in which i damaged this past weekend as the boat got stuck unloading off of the trailer. Don't ask long frustrating story. Thanks for looking! Chris

Best way to post pics is... Open a Free Photobucket account. Once you get your pics loaded to Photobucket hover over the pic and the last URL will be the IMG Code Click on it and it will be copied to memory. Return to iBoats and paste it into your post. That's it.
