I really bought a load. I found that the gimbal ring is broken on my 1999 SX-m outdrive. I have removed all of the bolts and removed the bracket at the pivot point on the bottom. I have removed the nuts and bolt on the top pivot point and the gearcases have been removed. How do I remove the steering arm and will the gimbal ring come down after removing the arm. I see two roll pins in the arm. Any tips will be greatly appreciated. I still have to remove the hoses and then the side mounts? thanks for any help.
