how do i empty waste

Your going to need to get a "Pumpout". Many marina gas stations will offer a pumpout service. They have a hose they will connect to the Pumpout deck fitting and suck the contents of the holding tank out for you. Depending on where you boat, many towns have a mobile 'pumpout boat' that will come around and do the same thing. Pumpout boats will frequnet that towns mooring fields, anchorages and marina's.

It really depends on where you boat. Id start with a=n on-water gas station and simply ask them for a "Pumpout".

If you trailer your boat i think if you can find a RV park/camping grounds they usually have them free of charge. You then would need an adapter to fit your outlet to there hose. Marinas already have the fittings.

This is absolutely correct. I've owned several travel trailers and an RV... and been in many parks. An RV's holding tank simply has a dump-valve with a hose attachment. The "dumping stations" are really nothing more than a hole in the ground (that leads to a sewer/septic system obviously) to run your hose into and a water hose nearby to rinse out the holding tank and hose. It's all gravity-fed, no suction.
