Looking for someone (preferably in NY State) to rebuild the trim unit a.s.a.p.

I don't want to wait a month, just get it done.

Leaking oil again from another unit I bought - sick of buying units and have them leak again and again.

- want to have someone rebuild the last unit.

I do not have the experience to rebuild. Done the o ring thing, tightened things, can not stop leak in unit. Pretty sure both are leaking from the bottom.

Re: Mercury Force 125 trim unit

Check with Cylinder Services on Maple Street in Rochester. They do a nice job, I've had them make many obsolete parts before, and they have quick turn around. Also, might be worth posting this thread in the Force/Chrysler forum. Maybe one of those folks might know a quick and simple fix and save you some cash. Brunswick(Mercury) owned US Marine(Bayliner, Force, Blue Fin, Trophy, etc) but nothing was Merc about them until the late 90s when they put obsolete mercury lower units on them to liquidate old inventory. They were still the basic Chrysler/West Bend design.
