1974 Alabama Craft Information

My brother has a 1974 Alabama Craft HIN ACT BBBEK0574 with a 1974 Johnson engine J4076820 the engine is Orange with mean machine decal on cowling. I have been looking on the internet about information on this boat but haven't had any luck. It was built in Alabaster Al. ? Has anyone on here ever heard of the Alabama Craft boat company, I figured it has gone out of business?

I've never heard of "Alabama Craft", there have been many many many boat builders come and go over the years. That engine, I believe, is a Johnson Stinger which was intended for racing.

Where ya' at in Dallas? (I live west of 61 off High Shoals Rd.)

Lived down in these parts for a long time. Never heard of that one. Tried google?

I live off Mt Taber Church rd, back when The Southeastern drag strip was running could hear the cars running Friday and Saturday nights. spend a lot of time in Centre Al on Lake Weiss when the weather is nice, we are here for the past week.

I have tried using Google Alabama Craft boat and get a lot of everything except about the boat.
