1981 vip in need of info and original look

i have a 1981 vip with the serial#vvnv9489m81j it is a ski boat but thats all i am able to tell you cause i cant find any info or any kind of original specs on the boat. can anyone help me or direct me to specs and original photos as i am trying to restore the boat back to as original as possible? i like the old school look!!

What motor, 'n drive,..??

Try google image, or search Fiberclassics,....

Old school to me... It's older than me by a few years! No offense!!! Meant as a harmless gesture!! So u have any ideas?

Oh and to answer ur question it's a 19 ft with 898 mercruiser with the mercruiser out drive!
