2006 yamaha 50 four stroke, runs for extended periods of time then quits no restart

I have a 2006 Yamaha 50hp four stroke EFI engine on my pontoon. It will run for extended periods of time (hours) then it will shut down and wont restart. It will fire but die.... If I let the motor sit for a while (next day) it will restart and do the same thing all over.

I have replaced the fuel line and primer assembly (soft hose), installed new spark plugs, checked all connections.

Must be loosing spark or fuel to cause it to shut down by itself
monitor fuel rail pressure while problem exists.
Also you can check spark with spark tester or a timing light to make sure it is not loosing spark
