Cant find the Gear housing drain plug on a 1979 80hp

So i was looking all over the lower end of my 1979 80hp 2 stroke outboard and cannot to seem to find the drain plug. This may sound stupid but is it hidden behind something?

You should see three screws on the right side of the lower unit. The bottom one is the drain and fill. The top two are for letting air in and out.

The drain is partially under the "bullet" shaped section of the gearcase, in the front port side(I think it is port). You may have to tilt the motor up to see it well.

I've never seen two vent screws on the merc outboard gearcase, post 1960. One vent and one drain I have seen.
