Fuel Pump part numbers

My parts manual for my 88 5.0l calls for OMC 981650 which is a Sierra 18-7268. Problem is neither of these has the tube coming off of it to run the clear hose up to the Carb. Mine is also a Carter style which is different from both of them. Well it died and no longer is pumping gas to the carb. Any idea's im hoping this pump might be the reason she was starving. Anti-siphon thing went bad, killed the pump im sure.

Ok maybe the question should be, If the pump is off, and I move the arm and it makes no noise, then it will gurgle a couple of times then nothing again. Bad I take it.
