71 chrysler 70 hp carb setting

I have a 71 chrysler 70 hp that is flooding out. Changed coil over to automotive type coil. Do the points still gap at .014 with this set up? Also anyone know the part number of the distributor cap for this engine. Model number is 707HE.

Point gap still remains at .014. Change plugs to a bent electrode type as the coil will not be able to reliably fire the surface gap plugs.
