**** 2007 Mercury big foot 40hp ********

hello i have 2007 merc big foot 40hp... my issue is that then when I going already and when i get to a stop I put into neutral the RPM stays alil high around 1100 but some times it gos back down to 700-800 if you wait for a min.

any ideas what it could be???
