1989 blackmax merc 150 s/n oc157443 oil alarm sounds continuously after start up

My mercury 150 oil alarm sounds constantly as soon as engine starts and does not shut off

Engine is getting oil-light blue smoke in exhaust

All oil resevores are full

getting 10 vdc at sensor on white wire

Is this a rapid beep, or a solid horn If it's rapid I would have to say it's the pump drive gear on the crankshaft.
