I have a 115 Merc. 1999, Starts pretty good when cold and sometimes and will run rough at low speed 1100-2000 rpm. After I run it at high rpm's for some time (25-30 minutes)and shut it down, when I go to start it again it's a hard time to start 3,4,5 times. Then when it starts and I go to put it into gear she'll die. Then it will run rough when I get it going.I can tell whether or not it is going to stall after starting. Is this a fuel pump issue or maybe stator?
