I was just given a 9.8hp merc and am having some problems, i had it running out on the water and it was overheating and not pumping water, i replaced the impeller and had it running again in a barrel it started up fine and right away was pumping water, went to start it up again and it wont kick over, its getting a spark but dont think its getting fuel was wondering if anyone has any suggestions ,and when i pull it over the prop moves while in neutral
