Attempting to remove the power head so I can replace the copper water inlet tube as per my local Mercury dealership.
Pulled 8 star bolts from underneath, removed 2 nuts from shock mounts near the 12 sided bolts. Removed the 2 bolts from the front shockmount, or at least I think I did. Motor does not separate from the motor leg. Did I miss something? I've read about a couple of torx screws but can't seem to see them. Could send pics via text msg but not sure how to post on this forum.
Found a missing bolt under the exhaust cover. Motor is off the motor leg now.
