when i idle for 3 or 4 min i get a loud continuos beeeep. i assume its a overheat warning.6 month old impeller in water pump and seeem to have a good stream of water . pressure gauge reads 3-4 psi at idle when i try to take off the engine is in guardian mode so the rpm's are limited to 1500 or so. i can mash the throttle a couple of times all the way open and sometimes the horn will go off and i can get on plane. other times i have to kill the engine and sit a minute and it will do fine. just wondering has anyboy else had this problem and found a cure for it. other than this the engine runs fine. never does this once the boat is up and running on plane. thanks for any help
