I have a 1980 searay with the 898 in it. Out of the water it runs fine, will hit high RPMs and sounds great. Once in the water it has no take off and only gets up to 3200 RPM. Carb has been rebuilt, replaced plugs, changed fluids,and have tried a couple different props. Im at a loss on this and dont want to take it to a shop. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
