The OMC 5.8 motor started fine 3-4 times on the water - anchored - tried to start to come home and the motor is locked up... no water or oil problem, no noise... just locked up. I took the Cobra outdrive off, turning the shaft causes the prop to turn (assume all is ok in the outdrive) -- but motor is locked up. I removed spark plugs... no water in cylinders. ??!
