Can someone give me some insight on replacing the impeller. Should there be grease between the impeller plate and backing plate, and how snug do you pull the cable for the neutral and forward when putting it back together. Also should you put sealer when reattaching the lower unit.

2. Adjust is so that neutral catches at about half way up on the lever. It has to be running or at least rotating for neutral to happen.
3. Not necessary. Make sure the gasket is good.
