Without warning the engine cuts out on me. Took it to a mechanic who scan the computer twice and found nothing wrong. He put in a new fuel pump because the engine was surgeing but after he did that, thats when the problem started, Ride for a while and engine cuts out. Came back and looked at it and found nothing. All I read I thought it was the EMM
Found this other mechanic who I read about, supposed to be a master mechanic, great guy and hours drive but it was worth it. Turned out to be a loose spark plug wire and 2 weren't index or gaped correctly. What a difference, engine ran great, idle great best it had in years. Never realize a loose spark plug wire can affect the engine so much. Sure was better than a bad EMM.
