ok what i found, was everything was up to specs, what i did was unhook the kill switch, the dealer had installed a cpl weeks ago, took their word it was test run.....no kill switch, motor cranks right up, but want cut off, could this be in the switch, now im not trusting the dealer who worked on it, to carry it back, is it away i can trouble shoot the switch?

Use the ohm meter to track the problem down, hook 1 wire to ground and just work backwards till you find the problem
