I am getting a air lock in my fuel line between the ball and the engine. I can start the engine and idle it but when I put it in forward and add throtte I lose power. I can pump the ball and keep it going sometimes. Eventually the engine dies ( fuel starved ). After that the engine will not start. If I free the air lock I can get the fuel to flow again and start the engine as add power I quickly get another lock and the engine dies. Any thoughts or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

not sure what you are calling an air lock, how are you freeing it?

Bad fuel pump maybe or air leak at connection to motor
