What parts should I need for a tune up? What standard checks should be done?

Should include a proper Compression test.View attachment 97-25 Compression Test.pdf

Cap, rotor, spark plugs. Verify timing, clean flame arrestor, fuel filters, basic check of engine hoses and electrical connectors for damage, corrosion, etc.
On EFI engines, I always like to hook up the diagnostic computer and check that all systems are reading normal. Especially things like ECT that could be off but not set a trouble code.
