1986 Tower of Power, 115 HP inline 6cyl outboard motor, was running fine then started flowing gasoline out of the center carburetor while it was running causing the engine to start missing and then the engine shut off. Now the engine will not start and when the fuel line bulb is squeezed fuel squirts out of the center carburetor. Note the carburetor is properly bolted to the engine.
