Hello all. I have a 1975 25hp Evinrude manual start motor. I am having a problem restarting my motor after running it. When running on the open water it works great but when I shut it down to do some fishing I cant get it started again once I am done. I have changed the fuel filter and spark plugs with no change. Any advice, suggestions, comments, fixes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
