6.2 383 Cant get over 4200 RPM

I have a sea ray with a 6.2 liter and bravo 3. It runs fine up to 4200 ROM but once it hits 4300 it starts to miss the fuel pressure is good the ECM is oK coil and ignition unit is fine as well the map sensor and crank sensor are also ok and it is not throwing any codes. what else could possibly cause the engine to start missing once it hits 4300 RPM.
