I have a 75hp 1961 Evinrude Starflite III Model Number 50927 with the 5" longer shaft. It has not been run in 12 years but is clean and spins freely (pistons not seized). I am trying to reassemble a 1960 Cutter Jet DeVille that is attached to but am running into trouble trying to source parts for the engine. Inparticular I am looking for the engine cover gaskets. The cover was not pu on correctly last time and it sat on the seals wrong. I found the part numbers listed as 305704 and 307867. Does anyone have a secret supplier for these that they would share? Anyone have a decent set they are willing to part with?

Thanks
Andy

If I remember correctly, those have been NLA for decades. I think I put some standard stick on weather stripping in the cowling groove that contacts the motor pan.

Welcome to the forum! The experts here like F_R and Chris1956 can help you solve any problem with that great old motor. I have been able to make my own gaskets with automotive vacuum hose split longways (is that a word?). Good luck!
