I figure I need to replace the tilt and trim motor on my 81 Evinrude E115TLCIM. I've fixed all the wiring and replaced the relays and fuses, even tried wiring the battery directly to the tilt n trim motor... she no move at all... even did the tap with a hammer with my fingers crossed.
The relays seem to working fine, as they click when I push the switches on the controls.
What I can't figure out is how to manually lift the boat motor so I can change the trim motor.
Little help fella's? Anything I'm missing or should check first?
