My friend has a 2008 30hp merc and it keeps stalling out under load. He has taken it to a couple of dealers and they can't find anything wrong. It works in the water tank and with the muffs but stalls out at about 3/4 throttle under load. He has a new impeller and the thermostat was checked, also he said the water is coming out of the telltale. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
