Hello i have a force 15 hp outboard 2 stroke i cannot get started. It will run for about 30 sec topps only while the choke is on. I replaced the bulb on the fuel line because i thought it was sucking air, and i checked for spark too which was fine. If the fuel is too old or improperly mixed could that cause the motor not to keep running?
