How do I tell when the boat is fully inflated?

All:

Sea Eagle 9.6. Manual states 3.2 PSI. How do I tell when I'm at 3.2PSI? Is there an indicator somewhere? I am using a foot pump.

Where do I hook the guage to? I don't have any valves of that type on my boat.
