it will not start normally. acts like it is not getting fire. can jump off at the starter and will turn over but will not fire or run. have changed the fuel in the tank and the spark plugs,still will not fire on its own. what other things can i check. NOTE: i am not a mechanic by any means, but i keep thinking that its something simple.
