When I start the engine cold it fires right up but after running it a while and shutting it down for a while, it's tough getting it to start again. I turns over quite a bit. I've gone thru the tuneup and have replaced the fuel filter as well. Any ideas?

Thoroughly inspect your ignition system. Maybe the coil is failing when hot?

Pull the wires off of your coil but remember what wire goes where. Take a reading with a volte meter using the ohms setting and tell us if your getting 3 ohms..

I had the same issue, just replaced my coil; now it runs perfectly! I guess it was failing when it was hot, possibly loosing a conection inside...
