Prop question on 19ft cc

I have a late 80's model thundercraft 19ft center console with a 81 115hp johnson. We had the boat out yesterday and it was really sluggish to get on plane pulling a tube and just in general. Once it got up on plane it did fine. It has a 19p on it now. I also have a 21p and a 15p. Which one would be a better all around prop. I believe two of them are 14 inch diameter. And one them is a 13 1\4.

there is no such thing as a good all around prop.

I keep two pitches of props handy, one for water sports, one for cruising.

I would try the 15p for tubing and skiing. I used a 17p on my last two boats for water sports, and 19p for cruising.
