YEMS 4.3L 1994 transom shift cable problem.

Hello ,

I have a yems 4.3 with problem shifting forward. I found the shift cable exterior disconnected from the upper drive. I guess I need to replace the cable. I am looking fdor a part number and a supplier.

I am from Quebec in Canada.

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,... Got any friends in Asia,..?? I here that's where all the Yamaha I/O parts are...

I've also heard a Yamaha Outboard dealer, may, or may not be able to help ya...

Those drives are very few, 'n very far between... in North America anyways...

Ebay is your friend. My local Yamaha dealer still has no problem getting consumables, including the cables. He brings them in from a yamaha warehouse in Toronto. So if you are in Quebec, it shouldnt be a problem.
