Yamaha 130HP starts only when 3 plugs are connected

Will not start with 4 plugs, but it will if any one is removed. Sine i have a twin 130 alrady: interchanged plugs, power packs etc. Should i check: cylinder pressure? What should it be????? The exhaust, if it is clogged????
What else????

Test compression, spark, and timing.
If all is good with those then you have a fuel problem
