I have a Four Winns 180 horizon that has a merc 4.3 and wont start after I put the battery in this summer. When i turn the key all I hear is a small click near the top of the engine although I cant quite place where it is coming from(not the starter). I have checked voltage which is 12.5 and have tried to jump start it. Any suggestions?
