Head torque specs

Hi, hows it going. Got a question on my 120hp mercruiser MCM120 serial no. 5080611. first off Wilsons gave me a year 1972-1978 on the motor can anyone narrow it down closer than that? And second I had to pull the head, had a couple of broken studs, fixed the head and am ready to put the head back on. I've got a Seloc manual and it says 130ft.lbs. for the head bolts which seems like alot. I just want to make sure on this

The engine is a 1978.
Head bolt torque is 93 ft. lbs. (From the OEM Manual)
