Trim cylinder problem

I have a Robalo 2520 with twin Mercury 200 carb engines.

I noticed tonight in the driveway with the engines trimmed most of the way up, that my port engine will leak down and looks like its quite a bit lower than my starboard engine after a couple hours. I notice some fluid seepage from my starboard motor pump, but it is very minimal.

Both trim pumps work fine and trim up and down ok. My port trim pump is a bit noisier, but still works fine. I'm sure they'll be fine for the rest of the season, I just don't like something that doesn't work like it should.

If I rebuild the assembly, I'll more than likely do both motors at the same time. Before I order parts, is there anything I should know? Looking thru my factory service manual, it looks like there are seal/o-ring kits available, as well as the check valves, screens, etc. Looking at the troubleshooting section, it sounds like my pump and motor are fine and the check valve may be in question.

Has anyone else had the same issue? Any insight or tips?
