Boat taking on water

Hey guys I have a problem and trying to figure it out. The boat takes on water when it is just sitting in the water. Does not when the boat is in motion. is there a seal on the outdrive that might be bad?

transom seal? driveshaft bellows? shift cable bellows?

Drain Plug, Through hull fitting, Rotten transom .......

Its a new drain plug the type you tighten so I am thinking rickryder is correct. Thank god the bilge is working. LOL

You need to figure out where its coming from , it could turn into a major problem very fast.....
