196? Starcraft 14'

Hello all,
Long time stalker here, I finally have a legit reason to post.....

I just bought a 196??? Starcraft 14 footer with a 196??? Evinrude Selectric 40. I basically bought these sight unseen as it is 2 states away from me. I have 0 info on model or exact year and am hoping some of the experienced members here can shed some light as to model and year of manufacture.
I will be picking this up nex week and want to be prepared with some info beforehand. Below is the link to the ad with some pics.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I take it you've done some reading in the forum, so I guess you know you'll probably have to put a fair amount of work into that boat... right?

Probably a transom, stringers, and deck. those fiberglass Starcrafts aren't like the aluminum ones.

So the motor turns out to be a 1966 Lark VIII Selectric that runs like a top! The jury is still out on the boat...I'm told it is a '67 but still have not gotten the paperwork yet...

Had it out on the water on Saturday after changing the lower unit oil, starts and shifts flawlessly (so far) no leaks' bilge was dry.

is there any way to ID the boat from a hull #? would a '67 have one?

Nevermind.....just found the tag. It is a 14' Arrow
