Hey everyone,

I have a couple questions about a motor I just purchased for my 12 ft boat. Appreciate the help ahead of time.

Do I need a pressurized gas tank for this motor?

What type of fuel line would suit this setup best?

Hope to get it running this weekend if everything is working properly. Thanks for your time.

No, Mercury hasn't used a pressurized fuel system since 1954. You can use a standard issue fuel line, available at most marinas. It'll have a primer bulb mid-way. Tank-end fittings will depend on the tank. Motor end fitting should be the standard Mercury twist style used for many years from the 1950s to 1980s.
