Ladder options for a Dyna-Trak?

My best friend just bought a 1992 Ebbtide Dyna-Trak 181SS. The ladder off the aft was ripped off by the previous owner. It is my understanding that there are no replacement ladders available for these boats, so I am looking for opinions on a good after market ladder. I think it needs to be at least 4 steps, and have some sort of low profile handles on the top side of the boat. What have you other Dyna-Trak owners found to work?

And the rope bumper sticks out 5-6" just above the water line.

You state the replacement isn't available. Options are find one that will fit, using all new hardware. Boat junk yard might have something. Custom fab shop to bend to fit. Find one and modify it to fit.

Not great options but necessity is the mother of invention.

I modified one from a different boat that works great, just took a little time, effort and creative thinking.
