We have a 88 Baja w/ a 454. On the back of the Alternator, there is a condenser or capacitor that is 150v and the size of a AA battery. Does anyone know where we can get this part? Or what the exact name would be?

I am attaching what our part looks like and a diagram I found, it is #23; however, that site states it is obsolete.

Yep, been 'obsolete' for years. It's just a radio interference suppressor (on boats you don't really need it unless you're getting 'noise' through the radio)... Just go to any auto-sparkie shop and ask for an alternator radio suppression condenser....
