Hi, My 5.7L mercruiser is not getting any spark. replaced the coil and still nothing. based on everything that i have tested and read all things lead to the ignition module. I took it off and it looks like it has been replaced before since it does not say thunderbolt IV on it. all it has is 807264-2 5.7 alpha sticker. and then some other brand japan numbers. I tried searching on here and googling part number 807264-2 and cannot find anything. I can search on marine parts websites and based on my engine it comes up with 805361t6. is this right? can I get this ignition module tested at an auto parts store?

Re: 5.7L no spark

Did you follow the chart? Did the sensor in the distributor check out ok? The part number for the module has changed several times, it's now 807264A01

PS, that module is about $400, so you really need to make sure about the other items first.
